The Head of Performance and Insight will lead the Trust’s Performance and Insight team. This is an important role, responsible for the strategic development and advancement of the Performance and Insight team and its relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will work alongside the other Digital Services Teams (including the Clinical System/ePR and ICT functions) in supporting the delivery of the Trusts Digital Strategy.
The Head of Performance and Insight will provide an authoritative source of specialist knowledge, technical and business skills and a wide range of experience on all matters pertaining to information analysis, the interpretation and use of information, including interpretation of national guidance for both Mental Health and Community Services analysis and modelling, reporting and business intelligence.
The Head of Performance and Insight will be expected to liaise with all levels of staff both across the organisation and externally and will possess well‑developed people skills allowing them to confidently engage. The post holder will thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment, will lead a variety of cross‑professional programmes of improvement across a wide range of subject areas and through the use of advanced analytics will play a key role in delivering and embedding a data driven culture within the organisation, providing support to services and delivering pro‑active and innovative business intelligence support.
