Provide direction, governance, and oversight to multi-disciplinary teams in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and safety requirements. Lead and motivate project teams, monitoring performance and progress against schedules, budgets, and milestones. Establish project baselines and manage planning, cost, risk, and change control. Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and opportunities to prevent delivery issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams. Oversee CDM responsibilities and promote health, safety, and environmental compliance. Capture lessons learned and implement best practices to improve project delivery.
