Overview
A fast-growing Global Prime Broker within the Financial Services sector is seeking a high-impact Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to drive the build-out of its international Sales and Revenue teams. As the business accelerates across EMEA, MENA, and APAC, hiring elite relationship managers and institutional sales professionals is a critical driver of revenue growth.
This is a frontline, revenue-enabling role suited to a true headhunter who thrives on direct sourcing, competitor mapping, and converting high-performing passive talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end hiring for competitor sales talent across international markets.
* Directly source senior, revenue-generating professionals from trading platforms, brokers, private banks, and capital markets institutions.
* Build and maintain deep competitor talent maps across EMEA, MENA, and APAC.
* Conduct strategic outreach and engage largely passive candidates.
* Partner closely with senior stakeholders and sales leadership to align hiring with revenue objectives.
* Manage full recruitment lifecycle from identification through to offer negotiation and close.
* Deliver a predominantly direct-sourced hiring model.
Candidate Profile
* 8+ years’ headhunting or talent acquisition experience within financial services.
* Experience recruiting within trading, wealth management, capital markets, or prime brokerage environments.
* Proven track record of hiring senior, revenue-generating professionals from competitors.
* Strong direct sourcing and market mapping expertise.
* Commercially astute, metrics-driven, and confident engaging senior sales leaders.
* Resilient, discreet, and comfortable operating within competitive talent pools.
Location: London or UAE
