The site currently offers a Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 20:00 on a shift pattern basis.
Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to 46200 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will
1. Youll be an integral part of the healthcare team at Five Wells by bringing your clinical skills and passion for care
2. You could be involved in anything from developing and leading clinics, undertaking examinations and tests as well as answering emergency bells and potentially being the first person to attend an emergency.
3. Within this role, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions.
4. Have an understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working, coupled with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach will enable you to succeed in this role, as well as a proactive approach to problem solving.
