The Opportunity: We seek an experienced, forward-thinking Director of Finance to join our Leadership Committee. Reporting to the General Manager and dotted line to the Area Director of Finance for UK & Ireland, you will guide the financial strategy and operations of our hotel and related entities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Oversee the full Finance function including Accounting, IT, and Procurement
2. Lead financial planning for hotel operations and adjacent interests
3. Manage financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
4. Prepare and review financial statements
5. Conduct variance analysis and collaborate on cost controls and revenue enhancement
6. Manage audit processes
7. Support strategic decision-making as part of the Leadership Committee
8. Maintain relationships with ownership, providing reporting and insights
9. Guide the Purchasing team for efficiency and compliance
10. Provide financial guidance on property operations, service charge agreements, and cost allocations within residential contexts
About You:
* A qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) with senior finance experience in luxury hospitality
* Proven leadership with strong communication skills
* Experience in complex operational structures, including multi-entity or multi-property environments
* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and collaborative approach
