Your new role
Role Summary: Search Specialist at EquatorYou'll lead the development and execution of high-performing search strategies for clients, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed expectations. As a subject-matter expert in Search, you'll also support team development, contribute to new business opportunities, and collaborate across departments to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage search campaigns across various industries.
Set and deliver on performance targets and forecasts.
Conduct audits and develop innovative strategies.
Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and tools.
Report on campaign performance and share insights.
Support client services and business development efforts.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in Search (e.g., Google Ads, SEO tools).
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Understanding of broader digital marketing channels.
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
