We are seeking an experienced, motivatedLead Engineerto provide leadership and direction to a team of shift engineers inour high-performing FMCG environment. The successful candidate will manage the teams focus on agreed engineering priorities, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently to meet production performance targets. This role is key to maintaining site reliability and manufacturing efficiency through effective leadership.
