About the Role: As a Production Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—setting up and operating machinery, working closely with the production team, and ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll be a key player in maintaining smooth, efficient production, with a sharp eye on food safety, allergen control, and health and safety regulations. Working Hours: Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Set up and operate machinery and equipment, including metal detectors, to pack our delicious sauces in various formats. Work alongside Production Cooks to ensure the packing line is ready on time to keep product quality at its best.
