Overview
As an Audit Manager at BDO, you will oversee the delivery of audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including schools, not-for-profit organisations, private enterprises, and local government bodies. Responsibilities
* Manage and review complex audits.
* Provide strategic insights to clients and act as a point of contact for technical queries and client relationships.
* Lead and mentor team members, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure high-quality audit outcomes across engagements and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented culture.
About You
* At least six years of solid auditing experience and CA qualified, with a solution-focused, can-do attitude.
* Demonstrated confidentiality and professionalism, honesty and integrity, and a methodical approach with strong attention to detail under pressure and when juggling multiple engagements and deadlines.
* Thrives in dynamic team environments, collaborates well with a diverse range of people, and is proactive and approachable with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
