An innovative, design-led architectural studio in York is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. The practice specialises in bespoke residential projects, including new-build homes, extensions, and small-scale developments across North Yorkshire. With a focus on technical excellence and collaborative delivery, the studio provides a supportive environment where you can take ownership of projects, work closely with clients, and contribute to delivering high-quality, well-crafted residential architecture.

Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for residential schemes
* Coordinate and manage construction information across all project stages
* Prepare and submit planning and Building Regulations applications
* Collaborate closely with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors
* Attend site visits and technical meetings as required
* Ensure all project information is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
Ideal Candidate
* Architectural Technologist with several years' UK experience
* Strong background in residential projects, including new builds and extensions
* Good knowledge of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
* Excellent communication and team-working skills
* Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
