Job Title: Commercial Lawyer - KPMG UK
Base Location: London, Reading, or other KPMG UK office (20 offices nationwide)
The KPMG OGC Commercial team plays a vital role in supporting our UK business. Part of KPMG Business Services (KBS), we undertake work that truly matters.

We are seeking a lawyer with at least 2 years PQE to join our busy OGC Commercial team at the manager level. The team reviews and negotiates various documents between KPMG and its clients or third parties.
The work often involves tight deadlines and clients with legal and procurement teams focused on securing favorable terms. Strong drafting and negotiating skills are essential, along with pragmatism and effective task management. Collaboration with stakeholders such as data protection, information security, pursuits, and Risk teams is also important.
What will you be doing?
* Handling a wide range of matters, including processes for approving KPMG’s new services and products
* Assisting with general commercial queries
* Drafting software licenses
* Supporting deal teams and providing contract support for engagement teams
* Negotiating and drafting framework and master services agreements alongside client lead partners and specialists
What will you need to do it?
* A qualified lawyer with at least 2 years PQE
* Strong drafting and negotiating skills
* Pragmatism, common sense, and good time management
* Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous
* Ability to manage workload while adhering to KPMG’s training and administrative standards
