Hybrid: up to 2 days WFH

As a Change and Capability Enablement Lead you will play a pivotal part in enabling transformation towards a modern cloud-enabled product-centric organisation. You will work closely with product teams leaders and enabling functions to embed product thinking agile ways of working and future skills development.
How you’ll help us make health happen
* Partner with product teams and leaders to embed agile lean and product-centric ways of working
* Coach teams through transformation journeys supporting adoption of cloud-based product models
* Facilitate workshops training and embedded coaching to uplift skills and team effectiveness
* Support the delivery and evolution of the Grow Internal Talent (GRIT) programme aligning with strategic workforce goals
* Contribute to the development and delivery of capability pathways for future skills
* Maintain and evolve a backlog of change and capability initiatives aligned to strategic outcomes
Key Skills / qualifications needed for the role
* Proven experience in product model and thinking agile coaching and organisational change
* Strong facilitation and coaching skills across diverse teams and leadership levels
* Deep understanding of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and their practical applications
* Experience supporting product and cloud adoption and future skills development
* Ability to work across technology and business domains
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Experience with programme management and continuous improvement practices
