Your New Role
As Finance Manager for the Retail division, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality financial insight, partnering closely withmercial Directors, Procurement and senior finance leadership. You will provide robust challenge, support strategic decisions, and help maximisemercial opportunities across the region.
You will lead on:
1. Monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis
2. Producing insightful variance analysis,mercialmentary and review packs
3. Presenting performance updates at weekly trading and leadership forums
4. Identifying risks, opportunities and rmending improvements
5. Margin management, consignment reconciliation &mercial analysis
6. Royalty, rebate and grower loan processes
7. FX assessments and forward‑purchase proposals
8. Ensuring strong financial controls and SOX‑alignedpliance
9. Supporting wider projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Need to Succeed
10. Experience in fresh produce (essential)
11. A background in FMCG, manufacturing, or tradedmodities
12. Strong influencing skills and the ability to partner with non‑finance teams
13. A results‑driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
14. Advanced Excel capability
15. A recognised accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
