Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements:
* 2+ years in a similar role
* Broad IT experience, ideally in an MSP environment
* Excellent troubleshooting skills with demonstrable examples
* Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to think critically and communicate effectively at all levels
* Flexible, can-do attitude
* IT qualification (Diploma/Degree)
* Microsoft Certifications are desirable
* Experience with Active Directory Administration
* Experience with Office 365 Administration
* Excellent desktop skills
Responsibilities:
* Manage all incidents and service requests within SLA
* Log incidents and requests accurately in the PSA Tool (Autotask)
* Resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
* Record all actions, updates, and time in a clear and concise manner in the PSA Tool
* Ensure call handling, ticket management, and issue resolution meet required standards
* Escalate incidents to higher levels when unable to resolve
* Create new and update existing Knowledge Articles within the documentation platform (ITGlue)
* Assist with Problem Management activities to reduce unnecessary contacts to the Service Desk
* Focus on providing a positive experience for the end user with every contact
