Key Responsibilities
* Provide assessment, intervention and therapy programmes for children with a range of speech, language and communication needs.
* Work closely with teaching staff to embed communication‐supportive strategies across the school day.
* Contribute to EHCPs, reviews, reports and collaborative planning meetings.
* Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to pupil needs.
* Offer training, advice and modelling to teachers, support staff and parents.
* Maintain accurate documentation in line with professional standards.
Requirements
* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered).
* Experience working with children in educational or paediatric settings.
* Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills.
* Commitment to child‐centred practice and inclusive education.
* Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
