Overview
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
1. Build and drive project plans for each proposed buy-in execution
2. Build and drive project plans for each transition to buy-out, including the true-up
3. Manage the operational relationships with EBCs/Trustees/ceding administrators throughout the transition processes
4. Work collaboratively and manage the operational relationships with Trustees and ceding administrators during the post-buy-in period
5. Support the preparation of contractual documents and individual policy documents
6. Keep abreast of industry issues and developments
7. Identify and escalate emerging issues
Experience required:
8. Knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pensions and the BPA market
9. Excellent knowledge of the BPA process, from deal execution to buy-out
10. Strong project management skills
11. Able to build productive relationships at all levels
12. Good presentation, communication, negotiation skills
13. Pro-active, pragmatic, adaptable and flexible
14. Experience of the BPA market and the transition process
15. Proven experience of managing projects and client relationships
