We are now recruiting for a Line Leader for our IPS site in Harworth on a Full time and permanent position.
Shift: Monday-Friday 06:00am-14:00pm. Hourly Rate: £13.51 per hour (£12.21 base + £1.30 per hour Line Leader increase).

Responsibilities
* Ensuring that the Production Line under their charge maximises the utilisation of the following 3 main resources of the business.
* Reporting and communicating all issues affecting Production effectively.
* Ensuring that all finished products and donor stocks always maintain their traceability and in accordance with the Culina IPS Production and Quality Procedures
* Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets.
* Ensuring the final product meets client specifications (SPI).
* Effectively maximising production efficiency, to ensure plans are met on an hourly/daily basis.
* Adhering to and promoting best practice in accordance with company health, safety, and quality regulations.
* Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
* Assisting in developing a skills matrix for all production workers.
* Assisting in training and development of new starters.
* Monitoring, controlling and minimising waste.
* Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner.
* Knowledge of company procedures and actively demonstrates compliance.
* Able to positively lead a team of people (temporary labour).
* Recognises and promotes the importance of continuous improvement.
* Displays a positive attitude to change.
* Develops best practice and drives continuous improvement in all aspects of performance.
* Experience of working in a customer-led environment with changing priorities.
* Experience of manufacturing machinery and processes.
* Preferably food or packing experience.
