The team specialises in building surveying, dilapidations, large-scale surveys, and contract administration. Your New Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a globally recognised consultancy that’s entering an exciting new phase of growth. You’ll be part of a high-performing team delivering a wide range of surveying services across the UK and occasionally overseas. Your responsibilities will include: • Conducting building pathology investigations, condition surveys, and measured surveys • Managing contract administration and refurbishment projects • Supporting technical due diligence and compliance reporting • Working on framework agreements with major clients in the healthcare, education, and public sectors • Participating in international assignments as part of long-standing client frameworks This is a long-term career opportunity with a clear path for progression and the chance to work on high-impact, meaningful projects.
