An Environmental and Planning Lawyer is required to join a major utilities company based in the South East on a permanent basis.

The successful Environmental and Planning Lawyer will be able to get involved with interesting work of national importance from the outset and will join an experienced, dynamic, and close-knit team.

The Environmental and Planning Lawyer will be able to benefit from flexible working arrangements, but will ideally be able to attend the office in the South East twice a week.

As an Environmental and Planning Lawyer, your role will include, but is not limited to:
Provide focused accurate, effective, and timely advice on a range of environmental and planning legal mattersAssisting with Environmental Information Regulation queriesManaging external legal resourcesProviding legal support on ongoing, large-scale programmes and projects

Qualifications and Experience required of the Senior Environmental and Planning Lawyer:
Qualified as a lawyer (solicitor, barrister or equivalent)Experience in Environmental and Planning LawAn ability to collaborate well as a team player and take on managerial
