Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume flagship site
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience at scale
* Take full ownership of P&L performance and drive profitability
* Manage, coach, and develop a large team across multiple levels
* Maintain high standards across service, compliance, and operations
* Use data and insights to drive sales, efficiency, and performance
* Plan and execute high-volume trading periods and peak events
* Build and champion a strong, people-focused culture
About You
* Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume or flagship environments
* Background in large-scale operations (e.g. airports, city centres, or high-footfall sites)
* Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility
* A confident, decisive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
* Highly organised with the ability to manage complexity
* Passionate about people, performance, and delivering standout experiences
