Were now looking for a highly organised Fulfilment & Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. Youll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day fulfilment operations, while also providing outstanding support to our customers.
What Youll Do
1. Manage multiple daily voucher print runs and ensure timely, accurate dispatch of postal orders
2. Pick, pack and ship customer orders with precision
3. Receive, unpack and organise stock deliveries; carry out monthly stocktakes
4. Provide first-class support to customers, resolving product queries quickly and professionally
5. Learn our software systems and use them to set up voucher websites for customers
6. Maintain strong attention to detail while working under pressure and to deadlines
