Quality inspector

We are recruiting for Junior and Experienced Quality Inspectors to work in Barton under Needwood. Successful candidates will be working forworld class manufacturer of butt weld fittings, specialising in Duplex, Super Duplex, nickel alloys and stainless steel.

Job Description
1. Perform FINAL visual and dimensional inspection of manufactured products in accordance with
2. industry standards, for example; ASME B16.9.
3. Perform IN-PROCESS visual and dimensional inspection of manufactured products in accordance
4. with industry standards, for example; ASME B16.9.
5. Input data into approved dimensional templates to determine product compliance.
6. Raise NCRs to identify product concerns or non-conformance.
7. Liaise with client and third party inspectors on witness final inspection activities.
8. Present at daily NDT/Inspection meetings to discuss QC concerns and findings and review the dailyinspection requirements from the HSEQ Supervisor.
