What you’ll be doing
As Account Director, you will be responsible for understanding each client’s business, goals and challenges, translating these into clear plans, priorities and opportunities for growth. You will act as a senior point of contact, ensuring communication is clear, timely and purposeful. You will oversee campaign delivery across marketing channels, lead client meetings and presentations, and guide internal teams through well-defined briefs. You will manage workload and expectations carefully, maintaining oversight of timelines, budgets and quality. What experience you’ll need to apply
* Experience as an Account Director, or as a Senior Account Manager ready to step into an Account Director role, within an integrated marketing agency.
* Background delivering integrated, digitally focused campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
* Strong experience managing client relationships and leading client conversations.
* Understanding of how marketing agencies operate commercially, including budgets, forecasting and account growth.
* Ability to brief and coordinate internal teams across disciplines.
* Confidence questioning briefs to ensure clarity and alignment from the outset.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills.
