Clean Harbors is seeking a Tax Analyst based in Norwell, MA. The role involves renewing US business licenses, managing state resale and exemption certificates, supporting the US Tax Audit Manager, and preparing some US sales tax returns.

Responsibilities include:
* Renewing state and local business licenses
* Managing sales tax exemption and resale certificates in internal systems
* Supporting US sales and use tax audits by analyzing invoices
* Managing tax audits to minimize exposure
* Preparing US State and Local Sales Tax Returns using Onesource
* Performing administrative functions as needed
* Supporting acquisitions and reorganizations
* Organizing and managing the business license calendar
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business
* 0-2+ years of experience with Sales and Use Taxes
* Experience in a large company or outsourced environment preferred
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Peoplesoft, Sabrix/One Source preferred
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a team
