Work with Sense and make a real difference to the lives of the people we support and their families.

You will join a fantastic team in a residential service based in Edgbaston which houses 7 individuals with sensory and learning disabilities. The individuals we support lead a happy, varied and fulfilled lifestyles that reflect their individuality and preferences. We have a new individual joining the service and are looking for a Support Worker to help them transition and settle into their new home.

This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week.

We are passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs, including mobility impairment, learning disabilities and sensory losses.

Care is provided around the clock. We take particular pride in the range of activities and wellbeing events we provide as the individuals we support have an active lifestyle. Some of the activities you could be supporting the individuals with include bike riding, trampolining, swimming, theme parks, day trips to places of interest, playing computer games.

* Willing to attend training as needed to support you in your role.
* You require a full manual UK license and must be willing/able to drive.

No two days will be the same

* Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
