The Responsibilities
Upon joining, you'll undergo a comprehensive induction, training across all areas of the centre, including lanes, bar & diner, and amusements. You will support the operation, coach and mentor the team, and assist the General Manager in achieving financial and service excellence, ensuring a safe, fun environment for customers.
Candidate Requirements
* Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
* Passion for customer service
* Experience inspiring and developing large teams
* Willingness to work nights and weekends
* Desire to succeed
