We're currently recruiting Client Advisors for a public sector organisation based in Dundee, offering a hybrid working model (2 days in office).
Contract: September 2025 - March 2026
Rate: £13.81/hour PAYE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week
This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a supportive, client-focused role where you'll:
Provide helpful, accurate support via phone, email, webchat & face-to-face
Process applications and payments, maintain records, and draft client communications
Handle personal and sensitive information with care and professionalism
Work as part of a collaborative, service-oriented team
We're looking for individuals with excellent customer service and telephony skills, strong communication and administrative abilities, and a team-focused mindset. Attention to detail and confidence using computers are also essential for success in this role.
