friendly, enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant
to join our fantastic secondary school in Southend-on-Sea.

Supporting students in class with their learning. Encouraging independence, resilience, and a 'can-do' mindset. Working closely with teachers to make learning accessible and fun. Being a supportive, approachable role model who students can rely on.
