What you'll do
Our Security Officers need high energy, consistency, and creativity to handle daily challenges. Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring fire, life, health, safety, and security (FLHSS) standards are met, including reviewing protective measures to ensure guest safety
* Recording incidents, conducting patrols, and communicating findings in line with risk assessments
* Operating CCTV and security systems professionally and relaying information to relevant stakeholders
* Living our core values of Personality, Passion, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity
* Communicating effectively with other departments and the hotel team
* Promoting integrity to build brand loyalty
What you'll bring
As ambassadors of our vision and culture, our Security Officers should:
* Prioritize understanding and kindness towards guests
* Be comfortable communicating in English
* Have a security background, ideally from police, military, or luxury hotels; consideration given to other industries
* Possess excellent organizational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Be SIA licensed, First Aid trained, and knowledgeable in fire, health, and safety
* Hold a full driving license
