The Role We're seeking a data-driven HR Analyst to join our growing team in London. As our HR Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy through insights and analytics, helping us build a world-class team that delivers on our mission of democratizing education through AI. Key Responsibilities Analyse workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across recruitment, retention, performance, and employee engagement Design and maintain HR dashboards and reporting systems to provide real-time insights to leadership Support strategic workforce planning by forecasting hiring needs and analysing skill gaps within the organisation Conduct compensation and benefits analysis to ensure competitive positioning in the EdTech market Partner with the People team to optimise recruitment processes through data-driven insights Measure and report on diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics to support our commitment to building an inclusive workplace Analyse employee feedback and engagement survey results to recommend actionable improvements Support the implementation and optimisation of HR systems and tools Collaborate with Finance to manage HR budgets and forecast personnel costs Create predictive models for employee turnover and identify retention strategies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Psychology, or related field 0-4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or similar analytical role Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Experience with HRIS systems and HR data management Solid understanding of HR metrics and KPIs Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Experience with SQL or Python is a plus Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is desirable What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Visa Sponsorship (if required) Comprehensive health insurance 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Professional development budget and access to our AI-powered learning platform Opportunity to shape the future of work and education Collaborative, mission-driven culture Modern office in Central London with excellent transport links Flexible working hours Regular team events and socials Why Join Eduinvent?
