Act as the go-to finance partner for operational managers Analyse project costs, variances, and work-in-progress Shape and deliver insightful financial reports and briefings Influence and support business decisions through coaching and advice Maintain robust financial controls aligned with company standards About You We’re looking for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and translating numbers into meaningful action. You’re commercially aware, confident in challenging the status quo, and ready to help others grow their financial understanding.
