This is a key role focused on improving the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage two critical monthly reporting cycles including Financial Month End. Consolidate data from multiple sources to produce high-quality reports for senior review. Review and validate inputs to ensure accuracy and completeness. Drive improvements in reporting processes to support the company culture. Coordinate ad-hoc requests including: Director-level analysis Submissions to external bodies Audit documentation Collaborate with the wider finance team, including a dedicated Finance Analyst for data extraction and dashboard creation. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in financial reporting and consolidation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment. Experience with continuous improvement and process optimisation is a plus. Qualified, part-qualified or non-qualified will be considered for this role.
