Who We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Adviser
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (or equivalent)
* Expertise in Inheritance Tax (IHT) products &solutions
* Proven experience in wealth management & working with HNW clients
* Strong relationship management and business development skills
* Financial Planning and Finance skills
* Retirement Planning expertise
* Experience in Investments and Financial Advisor
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Detail-oriented and organised mindset
* Certifications such as CFP or CFA are a plus
