The role
Our client, a well-established accident repair centre in Feltham, Greater London is recruiting a Workshop Manager to lead a high-performing workshop and drive efficient, high-quality repair outcomes for a large team of 30+ staff.

Monday to Friday working hours only, with early finish Fridays

Oversee daily bodyshop workshop operations to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard
Allocate work efficiently to technicians based on skills, current workload and job priorities
Monitor progress, quality control and productivity throughout the repair process
Ensure stage repairs are completed before vehicles move through each stage of repair
Liaise with parts, customer service and VDA teams to maintain a smooth workflow
Check repair quality at each stage and resolve issues promptly
Promote a safe, compliant and well-organised workshop environmentRequirements of the Workshop Manager:
Proven experience as a Workshop Manager (or similar) within an accident repair environment
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team
In-depth knowledge of bodyshop repair processes and workshop operations
Excellent organisation, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
