Job Description
3. Accurately input and process supplier and subcontractor invoices
4. Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes (PO-GRN-Invoice)
5. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice or payment queries
6. Manage the accounts inbox and liaise with suppliers on outstanding issues
7. Maintain up-to-date supplier and subcontractor account details
8. Assist with CIS verification and processing (training can be provided)
9. Support monthly payment runs and ensure timely, accurate payments
10. Prepare and upload invoices using accounting systems (e.g., Continia)
11. Provide general administrative support to the finance team
12. Work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth AP processes
The Successful Applicant
13. Minimum 2 years' Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
14. Experience in construction or subcontractor environments advantageous
15. Knowledge of CIS and subcontractor invoice processing desirable
16. Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
17. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices
18. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
19. Good communication skills and confident liaising with suppliers and colleagues
20. Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
