Role: Creative Learning Designer
Rate: Up to £500 p/d (Inside IR35)
Location: London HQ (Hybrid)
Duration: 3–6 Months
We are partnering with a major UK brand on a massive Operating Model Transformation. The strategy is set, the consultancy has delivered the logic, and the \"Big Picture\" is there-but we need someone to bring it down to earth for the people actually doing the work.
The Change Leaders have a mountain of high-level consultancy slides that need to be translated into engaging, persona-led training artifacts for Tech and Digital hubs.
We don’t just need \"prettier slides.\" We need someone who can get \"under the skin\" of the data and find the narrative.
What you’ll be doing:
* The Translation: Taking dense, 150-page consultancy decks and extracting the \"so what?\" for internal teams.
* The Design: Creating visually stunning, brand-aligned artifacts that people actually want to consume.
* The Storytelling: Using analogies and persona-based journeys to explain complex technical shifts.
* The Execution: Being the PowerPoint \"savant\" who can move fast and reactively as the transformation evolves.
Experience Required:
* You have a background in Learning Experience Design (LXD), Visual Comms or Change Management.
* You’ve worked alongside major consultancies and understood their logic and language.
* You are a PowerPoint expert, but you think like a Designer.
* You understand Change Management and how to engage Tech/Digital audiences.
* You can show us a portfolio (or visual examples) of how you’ve simplified the complex before.
