Are you an experienced Payroll Manager with complex payroll expertise and hands‑on experience managing outsourced providers? This is a key interim opportunity to lead the day‑to‑day payroll function.
Responsibilities
* Oversee delivery of two monthly UK payrolls in partnership with the outsourced provider, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals
* Act as an escalation point for Payroll Advisors and Administrators, providing guidance and ensuring service levels and controls are maintained
* Safeguard compliance with HMRC (RTI, FPS/EPS), Tax, NI, pensions, and benefits while maintaining robust documentation for audits
* Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across payroll operations
