Eligibility (Essential – Please Read)
To be considered, you must:
* Be fully CeMAP qualified
* Have at least 12 months' mortgage advice experience
* Have held Competent Adviser Status (CAS) within the last 12 months

Every customer is financially profiled before reaching you, allowing you to focus on problem-solving, conversion and earnings.
Salary & Earnings
* Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE.
* Progression basic salary rises to £60,000 once targets are met.
* Year One Guarantee: £45,000 minimum while you build pipeline.
* Year Two OTE: £75,000+ realistic.
* Top Performers earn: £100,000+.
Working Pattern
* Two days per week: 9:00am – 6:00pm.
* Two days per week: 11:00am – 8:00pm.
* Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm.
