This is a mid to senior-level role focused on driving our AI product roadmap. You will be leading the development and scaling of innovative AI features within a dedicated product POD. This is a highly strategic and hands-on opportunity for someone with a proven track record of creating AI products—from idea to launch—and who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Luupli is a next-generation social media platform with equity, diversity, and equality at its core. We believe social media can be a force for good—empowering creators, elevating underrepresented voices, and connecting brands to communities with authenticity and purpose. With over 600 creators and a potential reach of 40 million, we’re building something bold.
We’re seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to help shape and execute the roadmap for our AI-driven features. You’ll work at the intersection of product, design, engineering, and data science to build AI-powered capabilities that will redefine how creators and brands engage on our platform.

Responsibilities:
AI Product Vision and Strategy
• Lead the vision and roadmap for AI-powered products and features across Luupli.
• Translate high-level company goals into actionable AI product strategies.
• Continuously scan the landscape for emerging AI technologies and applications relevant to creators, brands, and platforms.
Requirement Gathering and Prioritization
• Define AI product requirements, performance metrics, and success indicators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user pain points and convert insights into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Maintain a prioritized, data-informed backlog aligned with product and business goals.
Cross-functional Team Leadership
• Partner closely with engineers, machine learning specialists, and designers to build and iterate on AI features.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria that account for AI-specific workflows (e.g. model inference, training data feedback loops, etc.).
• Drive alignment across teams and ensure clarity around what is being built and why.
AI Feature Lifecycle Ownership
• Oversee the end-to-end development of AI features—from prototyping and model validation to deployment and iteration.
• Ensure ethical AI use, data privacy, and fairness are embedded in product development.
• Manage MVP launches, A/B testing, and feedback loops to improve AI outputs continuously.
User Experience and Feedback Integration
• Collaborate with design and UX teams to ensure AI features feel intuitive, transparent, and human-centered.
• Validate that user-facing AI features deliver tangible value to creators and enhance their experience.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
• Define and track key AI product metrics (e.g. accuracy, latency, engagement impact).
• Work with the data science team to analyze results, identify areas of improvement, and plan optimizations.
Stakeholder Communication
• Communicate updates, progress, and decisions to internal stakeholders, including founders, engineers, and marketing teams.
• Conduct product demos and provide strategic input on future AI initiatives and investments.

Requirements:
• Proven track record (5+ years) managing and delivering AI/ML-powered digital products.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and how to translate them into real-world applications.
• Hands-on experience working with AI development teams (e.g. natural language processing, recommendation engines, generative AI, computer vision).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep user empathy, combined with the ability to translate complexity into clear product outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools.
• Bonus: Experience working with early-stage startups, social platforms, or creator tools.

Reporting Line:
You will report to the Head of Product and lead the roadmap implementation of AI-powered features within your POD. Your work will directly shape how creators interact with and benefit from Luupli’s AI tools.
