In this varied role, you will be responsible for managing the service engineers and internal workshop team. You will liaise with other senior management to identify continuous improvement initiatives.

* Managing service Engineers and workshop technicians.
* Monday to Friday.
* Highly autonomous & varied.
The Person:
* Mechanical background - knowledge of hydraulics, engines.
* Commutable to Uckfield.
