Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales New Business Partner located in Tewkesbury. The Sales New Business Partner will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, providing professional advice to clients, and working collaboratively with other team members to deliver high‑quality service.


Qualifications

* Proven experience in estate agency and a competent property appraiser with a proven track record
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Knowledge of the property market and understanding of property management
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
* A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
* Experience in the real estate industry is essential
