The Role
The Managing Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and performance of the business. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, driving growth initiatives, maintaining regulatory standards, and working closely with shareholders and senior stakeholders.

* Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive role within wealth management, financial services, or asset management

* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance within financial services
* Confident stakeholder manager, able to engage with shareholders, advisers, and external partners
