The Role of Strategic Account Manager
* Our client are looking to recruit a field Strategic Account Manager to cover a North West region.
* You will be tasked with developing and managing dealer / distributor existing accounts .
* The successful Strategic Account Manager will develop relationships with the companies' dealer partners as well as supporting them with end - user sales calls.
* As part of the role you will demonstrate products to end-user customers supporting local distributors with their sales calls. (enhancing your relationship with the distributors / and supporting with demand generation).
* You will conduct quarterly meetings with your distribution partners helping them strategies revenue growth whilst always looking to deliver and help your dealer partners deliver a best in class service.

This role has come about due to a recent internal promotion of a successful individual that has been with the business for approx. 2 years.

The Candidate for a Strategic Account Manager
* Previous experience of selling a product (open to sector) or services
* Field sales experience with a drive to develop a career
* Outgoing, dynamic and confident personality with a consultative sales approach
* A good strategic sales person capable of developing distributor accounts
* You will come with a solid track record but be on the upward curve. My client are looking for a talented individual they can work with and promote within a 2-3 year period (ambition is key).
* Due to the level of the role this is likely to be suitable for a 2nd / 3rd jobber.

* OTE (£50,000 - £60,000+) year 1 realistic uncapped paid quarterly
