Job Title: SEND Supply Staff (Teaching Assistants / Support Workers)
Location: Milton Keynes
Rate: £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: November 2025 or ASAP

We are recruiting flexible and dedicated SEND Supply Staff to work in a specialist school in Milton Keynes. The school supports learners aged 2-19 with a range of needs, including profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), complex medical conditions, and severe learning difficulties (SLD).
As part of the supply team, you will play an important role in maintaining consistency and quality of support during staff absences or busy periods. You will help ensure every learner has the opportunity to reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support inside and outside the classroom
* Encourage independence, communication, and confidence in learners
* Assist with individual learning plans and behaviour support strategies
* Promote wellbeing, inclusion, and safety at all times
* Adapt to a range of age groups and learning needs across the school
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people (SEND experience desirable)
* Patience, resilience, and the ability to manage challenging situations positively
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and supporting pupil welfare
* Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
