Operations Analyst
Our client, a recently established Software Solutions company, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, are looking for an Operations Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. You will be joining a new team within the business supporting their end-clients across numerous initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily controls through a suite of reconciliations across Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities etc. as well as taking responsibility for the required regulatory reporting reconciliation to ensure they are adhering to requirements.
Alongside this, you will be providing operational support to the build-out of infrastructure across the business ensuring efficiencies and scalability of processes across new and existing landscapes.
Key Skills:
* 5+ years’ experience working as an Operations Analyst or similar field
* Experience working within the Buy-Side and/or Banking industry is essential
* Knowledge of the full reconciliations suite (e.g. Positions, Trade, Settlements, Cash)
* Desire to understand and solve business complexities to build domain knowledge
* A minimum 2.1 degree from a Russel Group University
