You’ll be driving the growth of a small, dedicated team specialising in Business Support recruitment across Colchester and surrounding areas. The team currently includes both Temps and Perms recruiters, and you’ll inherit a warm desk with strong client relationships. With the potential to bill £500k, this desk is primed for success but hasn’t yet reached its full potential—previously managed on a part-time basis.
