Here at UPP we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our Operations Team, supporting the London and South region Operations Directors and their teams.
This is a full-time fixed term contract until the end of December 2026 working 37.5 hours per week. The salary is £30,900 per annum.
Based in Reading, the Operations Coordinator will provide administrative, organisational and project co-ordination support to the Operations Team.
Role responsibilities include:
* Manage the coordination of meetings, including liaising with clients, provisions of papers and productions of minutes and action logs
* Event organisation and logistics, including collation and formatting of presentations, workshop packs, venue and travel arrangements
* Provision of administration and project coordination support for projects including site mobilisations and the busy out-take and intake periods
* Managing and maintaining specific administrative tasks and data sets, including the analysis and presentation of data
* Maintain a range of action trackers, performance data and information with a view to driving improvements and sharing good practice and operational processes across our portfolio
* Providing a professional and customer focussed interface for the Operations team for both internal and external customers
We are looking for a highly organised, professional and efficient administrator with experience of working in a fast paced commercial environment, focussed on providing support and delivering information to a senior management team.
An attention to detail and confidentiality are pre-requites of the role, along with having an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
You will have a ‘can do’ attitude with excellent communication, people, and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate a busy workload to meet deadlines.
You will also be flexible to work (with notice) additional hours when the needed, especially during the main student arrival and departure weekends.
