We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused O&M Administrator to join our clients growing team. This role has a strong focus on the production, coordination, and quality assurance of O&M manuals, supporting successful and compliant project handovers across construction projects.
About the Role
You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that O&M documentation is accurate, complete, well-structured, and delivered on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a methodical approach, a strong eye for detail, and an interest in developing their career within document control and information management.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating, collating, and quality-checking O&M manuals and handover documentation
* Managing incoming documentation from subcontractors and consultants, ensuring it is logged, reviewed, and processed promptly
* Reviewing as-built information and O&M content to ensure compliance with project and client requirements
* Carrying out quality assurance checks, including non-technical reviews of O&M manuals
* Extracting and organising information to complete equipment schedules and asset registers
* Managing actions, tracking outstanding information, and closing tasks in line with project deadlines
* Maintaining project information systems and tools to ensure records are accurate and up to date
* Identifying missing, incorrect, or non-compliant information and escalating issues where necessary
* Supporting continuous improvement by providing feedback on systems and processes
* Communicating with clients and subcontractors via email, phone, and online meetings
* Supporting and assisting with training or guidance for new team members when required

Preferred Skills
* Desirable experience (but not essential):
* Experience working with O&M manuals, document control, or handover documentation
* Construction industry background, ideally with an understanding of M&E
* Familiarity with document management or information control systems
Pay range and compensation package
Salary up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
