MSP Partner Development Manager

About the role

Seeking a dynamic career in a top global tech company? If you're passionate about technology and have a knack for sales, consider becoming our MSP Partner Development Manager. This role involves guiding Managed Service Providers on the advantages of obtaining their solutions and services through Climb. You’ll manage their accounts, provide excellent service, and be their primary contact, while actively pursuing new business opportunities and driving account growth to meet monthly goals.

Additionally, as an expert on a Climb Channel Solution priority vendor, you'll help your team with vendor-related opportunities. You'll gain deep knowledge of the vendor's offerings and articulate that knowledge to clients, working within Climb to uncover more sales opportunities and educating peers on maximising vendor solutions. You’ll also support partners and colleagues in their engagements with the vendor, equipping them with the skills and resources needed for success.

Your responsibilities

As an MSP Partner Development Manager, you will be expected to:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential MSP partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with MSPs and act as their trusted advisor.
* Understand their business needs and challenges and provide them with relevant solutions and services from Climb and our vendor portfolio.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, closing, and renewing deals with MSPs.
* Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
* Monitor and report on your sales performance and pipeline using CRM tools and KPIs.
* Stay updated on the latest vendor products, programmes, and incentives and communicate them to your partners.
* Develop and execute account plans and strategies to achieve your sales targets and objectives.
* Provide feedback and insights to Climb on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
* Always represent Climb in a professional and ethical manner.
* Become a subject matter expert in a Climb Channel Solution priority vendor and support colleagues with vendor opportunities.
* Enable your partners and colleagues on engagements with the vendor, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
