Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology, headquartered in Croydon, UK, with additional manufacturing sites in Kentucky, USA and Brzeg, Poland, Oklahoma, USA (foam products manufacture and conversion) and Jiangsu Province, China (T-FIT). We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems The Company is on a fast growth path, with strong revenue and profitability growth in recent years and ambitious growth plans for the near future. About the Role: Contract: Fixed term to 31 January 2026 You will lead the people workstream of a people and payroll change programme, landing the change well whilst keeping BAU moving. This includes consultation, TUPE communications, employee representative activity, union engagement and payroll migration. Role Responsibilities: Consultation and engagement Build and run the engagement plan, including TUPE information and FAQs, and appoint Employee Representatives. Lead structured employee consultations and keep a clear record of questions, outcomes and actions. Liaise with the union via JCC and provide updates on timing and measures. TUPE and employment changes Prepare and issue terms and conditions letters. Coordinate last payroll actions and manage movers and leavers linked to the transfer. Ensure all third party deductions and payments are correctly mapped to individuals. Payroll transition Work with Payroll to register the new payroll with HMRC and provide employees with total pay and deductions information. Oversee handover to BAU after transfer and complete reconciliations. Compliance and third parties Coordinate with advisers on the detailed plan. Manage visas, IR35 and any council notifications. Planning and reporting Own the people workstream plan, risks, issues and dependencies. Produce simple weekly updates for leaders and track benefits and lessons learned. Ad hoc Perform additional duties as required supporting HR. What you'll need: Proven HR Business Partner experience delivering complex changes in a unionised manufacturing or logistics environment. Hands on delivery of TUPE, consultation and payroll migrations. Strong employee and union engagement with excellent verbal and written communication. Proven stakeholder management. CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience preferred. What were looking for? A pragmatic partner who can balance structured change with day to day demands. Clear, confident communicator able to engage employees, representatives and union colleagues. Detail oriented mindset with strong planning and follow through.
